The store manager was very personable. Simply Storage exceeded my expectations. Very professional and customer service-oriented. I would definitely recommend this organization for meeting your needs for storage requirements.

Amazing experience. I wanted to store my Class A motor home here as they have lots of them on the property but they are completely booked and have a hefty waiting list at this time. Jimmy went over the current prices, showed me the space and mentioned all the spots come with power at no extra charge which is a huge bonus. Maybe they will expand their parking in the future but for now I will try to find a spot elsewhere and if that doesn't work I will put myself on the waiting list.

Highly recommended absolutely flawless! The counterman returned my call immediately listen to my needs set me up immediately, after getting to know the counter Men Jimmy kept contact with me for possible upgrades as per my request. When one was made available he contacted me directly for an upgrade. Worked hand in hand with me was patient with my needs and made a few exceptions to make our storage more accessible. Truly cannot say enough about this place it was clean all the time with high security and high standards fenced-in area cameras everywhere. We utilized a 13 x 20 unit and a covered storage for our trailer and could not have been happier. Highly recommended AMPLE ROOM for multiple vehicles and semis to move safely through the lot without affecting other tenants. We received a couple semi loads of bicycles and pallets very easily in and out a gated community extremely safe. Our unit held over 100 bicycles easily with leftover room. HIGH-END STORAGE, there were high-end motorhomes and boats safely securely parked within this facility along with the amount of bicycles that we had we never had a fear due to the cameras security and electric gates. The management upfront Jimmy and his partner were very attentive and cared for everyone daily through the facility you could see them inspecting all of the units, and outdoor security vehicles making a checklist, looking at the fencing Gates the upkeep of the property. Hands down a place that is hands-on!

I needed to find a storage unit for my parents and Jimmy was extremely helpful and professional. I had to set a lot of this up from several states a way and he made things flow smoothly.

I came in after being disappointed with the service that I've received with other storage companies in storing my boat, and was shocked with how well maintained and clean this facility was in comparison. The two gentlemen at the counter Dale and Jimmy were massively helpful! They showed me around the facility and were very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I was very unsure of storing my vehicle in some of the other storage facility's in the area but when coming here Dale showed me the property which includes a wash area and dump station for RV's / Boats, and it's completely fenced in with 24 hour surveillance. These features made it a easy choice for me to store my RV for the foreseeable future.

I was greeted by Jimmy and he walked me through the full process and made me feel very comfortable storing my items here. They also include locks with there price which helps.

Elisha greeted myself and my husband and was so sweet and ready to help with any concerns we had. She gave us a tour of the facility and the storage unit which is a 10x15 that is climate controlled. Once we got to the office she told us all the cost and how everything works. It was a great experience and I would recommend using simply self storage in palmetto Fl. Marie was absolutely fantastic! We had an emergency situation and needed to store our boat ASAP, Marie found us a space that would accommodate our size and let us do a trial run to ensure we could get it in and out easily. She even stayed late to assist us and make sure we were well taken care of. She's a star employee with a great attitude and so much patience. Thanks to Simply Self Storage and Marie for making our emergency as painless as possible!

Zenise was awesome and very helpful with showing me some units that might fit my needs. She knew exactly where to start when I told her what I was going to store, and she didn't try to sell me on something bigger than I needed. Really glad to be storing my stuff here!

Just signed up for a small indoor unit with April and everything went super smoothly. I've used a lot of different storage units in different states and I feel this is a top tier facility and staff. Prices are very competitive and the upgraded security system is a huge bonus.

This is by far the best storage place I've ever been in. Super clean and the access hours are great. Had the best experience moving my mom in. April was very nice and awesome to talk to..even when we forget the gate code 2 hours later and called she was very understanding!!

So yesterday, I received a courtesy call from the staff alerting me to the fact that the recent winds shredded the tarp I had covering my camper. This morning, I brought a new tarp to storage. The staff member on duty, Austin, was very professional and friendly. He graciously provided a ladder so my wife and I could replace the tarp. When Austin noticed we were struggling to cover the camper due to the strong gusts of wind, he stopped by and helped us get the tarp in place so all we had to do was lash it down. Without Austin going above and beyond the call of duty, we would probably still be there fighting with the tarp!

We had our name on a list for our 40' 5th wheel. They were able to provide us with a storage space large enough to accommodate the RV. Covered storage extremely clean, on cement with power 'to boot'! Perfect location and facilities. Even rodent and bug control provided. We are very happy to have found this spot! Thanks to Lee the manager, Aliyah the assistant manager and all the staff.

We even got a follow up phone call on the day we were driving there to make sure we would get there in time before they closed (they said they would wait for us to arrive! Who does that?). When we did arrive, the place was clean, and Elisha was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone. She showed us our unit first before we rented it, and we decided we wanted something closer to the door. She was able to change everything with little effort. She answered all of our questions and was super helpful. The only thing that was a surprise is that we had to pay for insurance. That must be a standard thing, but we were not aware of it, and it was just slightly irritating to be forced to buy something you don't want. I gave this place 5 stars because they did a good job with customer service, and the place was clean. I also loved that they have carts you can use to get your stuff from your car to the unit, using the elevators. We would have struggled without those.

I thought all the employee's were great! They were very pleasant and helpful. Lee was very thorough in explaining everything. The facility is very clean inside and out.

Great service. Really clean place and most important thing they have fresh water to clean my fishing gear. Security 24/7 as well you have access to your storage 24/7 as well.

Had to go here because public storage down the street where we made our reservation didn't have anything available. The girl at desk was so sweet, that's the only reason they got 3 stars. They make you buy that round lock that can't be used anywhere else. $20.00 in the garbage after I get stuff out of storage.

This is a wonderful storage unit. It is clean, well secure, easy access and a great staff. We had the pleasure to work with Elisha. She was so welcoming and helped with all our questions. We highly recommend this company.
