I removed my furniture and boxes from another storage place in Nokomis because of water damage twice. I was fortunate enough to get a much nicer unit at Simply Self Storage in Osprey. The facility is very clean, very secured with key pad entrance even for elevator. My experience with Debi was exceptional and it is a pleasure to be in a clean and secure unit. The place is very clean and the access is convenient and easy. She showed us the perfect size storage space to take care of our belongings. It has been easy to bring our things to Simply Self Storage. We only wonder why we didn't do this sooner! No more climbing up those rickety attic steps!

It's not her fault that "corporate" feels it's necessary to raise the rent every six months. My rent has tripled in that amount of time. We used Simply Storage for more than 5 years. The storage facility is clean and Debbie, the manager, is great. She promptly answered all my questions. We never had a single problem. We have rented other controlled climate units elsewhere but Simply Storage was far better. When they say climate and humidity controlled, they mean it. Not a spot of mold, no bugs or even dust on any of my stored furniture.

An awesome place with awesome, productive, helpful people. This were our first rented storage with my daughter and we were scared that something would go wrong, but with Debbie's and Dale's help everything went very smoothly and quickly.

Debbie is just lovely to work with. She personally answered the phone and gave us a tour with a full explanation of how to navigate in and out of the facility. Super clean and cool inside. Bonus are the rolling carts available for use by the elevators. Very convenient.

This is a great storage facility! I've rented space there for five years and it is a totally professional facility, always clean, secure, safe, monitored and management present and helpful during business hours. It is easily accessed off Rt 41 in Osprey and there is plenty of room for your vehicle while you are loading or unloading in your space. Both outdoor and indoor options are available as well as AC. I highly recommend Simply Self Storage in Osprey, Florida.

I LOVE Debi! I have had my unit at SSS for, oh gosh, over 10 years (hate to admit that LOL) but Debi and her staff are always there for me if I'm needing to add a unit or downsize a unit, or just brighten my day during a global pandemic! I highly recommend this storage facility.... oh, and it's CLEAN! VERY CLEAN! You could eat off the floor clean! Ten thumbs up!!!!

Debbie is the manager there and I cannot say enough good things about her as a manager and a person. She keeps the place in tip top shape, is always present with a smile and is willing to help in any way she can. We recently had to move back to PA and since I was not in town, Debbie helped in every way she could to make sure the moving company could take care of our move. She was helpful and pleasant to them and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I will miss her!

Great storage facility! I was only planning on being in this area for a few months and ended up staying a year. I used Simply Self Storage because it was convenient and reasonably priced. Over the months I really began to appreciate the entire facility. It's very secure, well lit (inside and outside), very clean, easy and convenient access, elevators, carts, etc... to help with your needs. Best of all though was the staff! Debi was the main person I dealt with and she was always quick to help me regarding any questions I had and greeted me with a "Genuine Smile" every time I saw her. Great storage facility! I was only planning on being in this area for a few months and ended up staying a year. I used Simply Self Storage because it was convenient and reasonably priced. Over the months I really began to appreciate the entire facility. It's very secure, well lit (inside and outside), very clean, easy and convenient access, elevators, carts, etc... to help with your needs. Best of all though was the staff! Debi was the main person I dealt with and she was always quick to help me regarding any questions I had and greeted me with a "Genuine Smile" every time I saw her. She always made me laugh with her great personality and humor! Debi is a "True Asset" to this company and I can assure you that Debi and the entire staff will give you "Great Service"! I highly recommend Simply Self Storage if you have any storage needs and are staying/living in the Sarasota, Osprey, Venice or Nakomis area. You won't be disappointed!

These folks were great to deal with, and very thorough. I only needed a storage unit for 2 months and they still made it easy. Best part was they proved they do walk-throughs; I had moved out and removed the lock at 6pm, they called me at 10am next day making sure everything was okay. Definitely recommend! We have been renting here for a while and the facility is clean, cool, spacious and easy to use. They have good security and GREAT staff, Debbie helped us so much, every time we came she would greet us with a friendly smile and if we had any questions she was always right on top of them.

They have every option available and will patiently and privately walk you through every step and option to make sure you get what you need. Most of my experiences has been dealt with by Debbie and I have to credit the young lady for treating me so genuinely. Very helpful, clean and convenient. Fees are a little confusing in order to get the discount and nothing back should you move out in the middle of the month.

I stored belongings at Simply Self Storage in Osprey for several years, and every time I visited to add items to storage or to remove items, I found the entire building clean, well-lighted, and environmentally cool and comfortable. There were always carts available, and at least one (usually both) elevators worked well. My occasional visits to the office for business or occasionally just for a chat were always greeted with a welcoming, pleasant attitude by whoever was at the desk in the office. That person was usually the manager, Debi Hahn, who was invariably smiling, cheerful, and very helpful. Now that I have moved away from Osprey and no longer store items there, I'll miss my occasional visits to this clean, well-run facility.

The staff was very helpful and aided me in locating movers to move my stuff into storage. They were also helpful when I needed to update the payment information after my credit card account was shutdown because of identity theft fraud.

Clean temperature controlled facility very well run very good security. The manager Debi is a big part of the operation and very pleasant and helpful .We have been here for 2-3 yrs if not longer, could not have picked a better facility. .

Debi and Alan are so professional and hard working. On several occasions I observed them sweeping the floors, replacing lights and straightening the floor mats to make the luggage racks move freely into the building. The facility was very clean and well lit.

Debbie is efficient, very helpful and the place is kept super clean. Allan helped us in times of rush. We were very pleased that the office had opening hours on Sundays; a life saver!

Debi gave us a few extra boxes that she had on display because they were discontinuing them at no charge. My parents have a unit at this facility and are elderly. I flew down to help my mother with some furniture pieces. Allan went out of his way to assist me with a piece of furniture. Great place, and very clean... My mother could not be happier with the service.

We knew this was the right place the first time we called. Spoke to Debi and had all questions answered and paperwork sorted out from 1300 miles away. We needed to drive one of our cars to FL and store it ahead of moving from NJ to FL. It was a flawless experience. When we retrieved the car after our move, all was in good order. Would highly recommend this location!

I was moving back to Nokomis after a divorce to live with my Dad, My brother n law and I went in to rent a unit this past weekend while they were painting the building, being that it was close to home we went in and was greeted by Allan who was awesome and gave us a great tour, and very easy to talk too. My brother n law ended up renting a unit for me and very glad we decided to go in..So clean, and great security,so I can feel safe If i need to go in alone in the evenings!

Flawless experience with my 4 months storage while getting settled in our new home in Nokomis. Convenient, clean, no issues with gaining access, clean units and the best staff you will find.
