Rented a space for bike week 2022. Coming from out of state, I wanted to ensure I would have the space to park a bike trailer. The manager from the Ormond Beach location was very understanding and helped me through the whole process from picking the right size space to booking the rental. Checking in when we arrived in Florida the manager was once again very helpful and made the check in seamlessly smooth. Thank you sooooo much for your amazing customer service!!!!

Courtney and all the girls in the main office are great! I ended up getting our boat early and I called letting them know I would be just a few minutes after office hours amd asked if i could still come In and pay for the spot and park our boat. The girls stayed past office hours for me and made sure everything was good to go and settled before they left! Great customer service and great prices.

I recently moved my parents down to this area. To no surprise, my mother had too many things that didn't fit in their temporary apartment, so I needed to get them a storage unit ASAP. We went in last minute looking for a unit and knew we couldn't be picky. Lisa was super understanding and got us a perfect sized unit. Lisa Barcena was amazing!! She made my reservation in like 7 minutes 15 minutes before closing. She stayed a bit later to finish. I was able to move stuff in that night! She has a great friendly natural personality and def. enjoyed talking to her like I already knew her!!

Prices were also the very best and less than all the others. The location was clean and have so many services like cameras and security not to mention real people staffing .Sue was very helpful and I can highly recommend them for good, honest, reliable storage with peace of mind. Very nicely kept storage units available in many sizes. They do have climate control units also. Very secure and security cameras in use 24/7. Prices competitive and location is convenient.

It's a standard storage place. Not a whole lot of cameras, the lights in the buildings only work half the time and the price of my unit tripled over the three or four years I was there. But I never had any problems
