I can't express how pleased I am with the experience I've had with this place. Shereka is truly amazing, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and help me find the right unit in my price range. I had a rough time relocating back to Navarre from Tucson and was having a hard time finding a storage unit that was the right fit. She juggled things around to make it work for me and I'm thrilled. I highly recommend Simply Storage, you won't be disappointed!!

I am unsure who does the hiring for this company, but they need to hire 10 more Shereka's. She was amazing source of knowledge in this storage hunt for my famly!!! She took her time with alllllll of the issues that my family had, and l want to tell her thank you! She is a gem that has to be talked about. Shereka is absolutely AMAZING!!! She was super friendly, knowledgeable and definitely went above and beyond for me! When I first called about the storage unit she made me feel so comfortable almost as if I was talking with family... When I went to purchase the unit in person she was just the same! I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility if you're looking for one!

Good customer service experience rates are a little high but that is all over

Getting storage here was easy. I didn't know what I wanted, and was pressed for time. The facilities are modern, but with everything as busy as it is I was afraid of being rushed. Thankfully, a manager there, Shereka saved the day. She showed me multiple storage units, took time to explain the pricing systems and any available promotions available to me and while she was professional and friendly, I was also in and out in record time. Great experience all around.

The manager at this location is top knot. She was very professional . The property was kept up , clean and secure and that means a lot knowing my unit is secure .I'll recommend simply self storage to others who needs storage

Too expensive.

Nice facility, great customer service. Only concern was the people who appeared to be running a business out of their unit in the same aisle. They weren't in my way, but appeared to never leave and had line up of cars and trucks spanning across quite a few units. They had power cords running from their unit across the thoroughfare and went so far as to set up an exterior awning when it was raining. It was really a bit strange and didn't seem like appropriate use of a "storage" unit.

Heleyna Miller and Shereka Bramlet were great. I highly recommend going to see them for your storage needs.

I recently rented a storage unit at Simply Self Storage in Navarre, FL and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service provided. Stacey went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up correctly, make sure I had all the information I need and even offered a discount on storage costs. This company fully supports the military community by offering a 10% discount if other discounts are not being leveraged. I opted for the first month rent being free as I don't expect to need the unit for an extended amount of time. I highly recommend using Simply Self Storage and if you get to work with Stacey you will not be disappointed.

Went in today to store my things, and was very pleasantly pleased. I came in after reserving a 5x5 unit, but then decided I might need a larger one. The Kind woman working with me was glad to show me their other sized units, and was very hospitable while doing so. The units are very nice and clean, and super tall. Absolutely recommend storing here.

I have had 2 units at the Navarre location since 4/2019 and they have increased the rent twice since then. Nice location and facility but this is ridiculous.

Amazing prices! I get a unit every summer to store my beach stuff and paddleboards near the beach! They give great deal for 3 months which covers the summer! Always super friendly and nice when I stop in! Every other place doesn't compare to location or price!!!

This place was very large and was a very clean and well-kept property I'm happy to see that this storage establishment had security systems with cameras around every corner the floor had a Fresh coat of Epoxy paint and was very nice and clean I would definitely recommend this place of business to all my friends and family

I've been a tenant for many years at this facility. Great customer service every time. The property is always clean and well taken care of. Wouldn't think of storing anywhere else.

The office staff bent over backwards to accommodate me when moving. They helped me when my bank card became compromised. Their rules and lease are very straightforward. I would recommend to any of my friends or family. Great service, clean facility.
