I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Its a good boat and RV storage location. Under the current management / ownership prices have risen dramatically without any corresponding increase in facility enhancements, in fact there has been some degradation. Theft has become an increasing concern. I have had items stolen and my boat cover undone a few times. So folks are looking for stuff. Additionally security services maybe warranted, but overall a decent value when compared to quality storage around the area. If prices continue to rise I might part ways.

Outdoor storage review. Gated secure storage. The gates work most of the time. The prices increased but the area is growing so it's expected. There is air and water available but not always in working order. Bring your own water hose. The staff is always accommodating and the location is very convenient. Overall I'd recommend.

The only place in town with good storage for boats. Unfortunately they have tons of pot holes, the wash rack is usually broken and theft has been increasing. They keep raising the rates but no improvement from what we can tell.

We are extremely impressed with Taylor Honn the Assistant Manager at Simply Self Storage. This was our first time using "self storage" so she helped us set up our account, showed us where our unit was and did this all with a smile from beginning to end. They provide an excellent experience all around. Having dealt with iStorage in the past, Stephanie and her team are a breath of fresh air. They're well staffed, so you're not fighting for half of a single employee's attention like you would at another place. Prices are also fantastic compared to other competing products. I'd go so far as to say that they're the Target of storage joints. I mean, wal-mart is cool, but sometimes you wanna feel good about where you spend your money. This is that place. An oasis of sheet metal boxes in various configurations. tl;dr- go here if you need to store your weird collection of Pee wee Herman figurines; or whatever, I don't know you. If you're still reading this for some reason (you totally shouldn't be) just give in to your desire for superior storage and call these people, homie. Or do it online, that works too. Whatever floats your container ship!

Good place to store

Taylor has always been great to us over the five+ years we've been storing our RV at Simply Self Storage, but she really went above and beyond to assist us with some recent difficulties. I can't thank Taylor enough for her help and kindness!!!

New to the area and looking for a place to store a large RV. This place is the best RV on the south side of Tampa. It has everything an RV or boat owner is looking for. Both covered and uncovered parking, large accessible parking spots, wash rack and dump stations. The employees are super friendly, and the place is always clean inside the office and the surroundings of the storage units. The staff goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy. Prices are good for size, Thank you Simply Self Storage!

The moment I arrived I was greeted by Stephanie and Taylor. They had just opened and we're getting settled in. Taylor quickly looked up my account so we could finish what I started online. I then was able to test my keypad access to ensure it worked. Once that was complete she got me my lock and then we visited the unit to ensure I knew where it was. Along the way she described where to pull up to and how to use the elevator. After inspecting my unit we returned to the office so I could get some boxes. Once again she was very helpful and even helped carry my stuff to the car. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. I just wish all businesses could be so attentive to every customer. If you need storage and want to make sure your stuff is safe and secure give them a try!

My father has stored his boat here for the past 4 years and the prices rarely jump compared to other boat storage locations and its such a close drive to the bay. The staff is very helpful and kind me and my girlfriend went to this storage facility to store our antique 1971 Buick the lots get cleaned extensively before options are selected. The two lady's behind the counter were hilarious. After they gave us restaurant directions and since both of our phones died one of the ladies even drew us a map of how to get there and the food was just as delicious as they said it was. Of all the times I've been in the front office its been just as clean as posted in the photo 5 days ago by another guest.

I was searching for a spot to park my (new to me) travel trailer so I called simply storage on 12704 US highway 41 south gibsonton FL 33534 and after speaking with Taylor Honn about availability and cost, it was a fantastic deal! Once I got there Francisco Rodriguez was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Also as I spoke with him, I told him about some of the things I experienced while pulling my trailer and he gave me some sound advise to consider. Over all 100% customer experience and engagement, I would recommend that if you are going to use a self storage; this is the company you need to go with!

My father and I just got back from setting up a second shed to separate my stuff from my parents' stuff. The office had JUST closed down, but Francisco came in clutch for us. He was on his way out the door, so we felt bad putting him through it. (I work in a restaurant, so I know how frustrating last minute customers are) He booted up his computer and set us up with a shed very close to the previous one, we got everything all paid off and he met us up on the our floor so he could direct us to the new shed. he was super cool about it as well. Very friendly, very courteous, a true lad!

I Have to say overall staff and facility is the best in the area. I say this because ive beem in this area entire life renting storages and this place tops them all. Their staff goes above and beyond and i say this cause im paralyzed and in wheelchair and numerous times ive needed assistance and they have been extremely helpful.Francisco and Miles have been their quite a few times to make it easy for me with my wheelchair to do what i have to in my storage and paying my bill. When i was in the hospital they were more concerned about my health than stressing me about my bill when most other businesses care more about the money than they do their own customers so who does that? I want to thank all the staff at this facility and would recommend this place to anyone in search of a storage because they actually show that they care and value their customers and are very fair with prices sizes of many units that others in the area dont have. This is why i give them 5 stars and hope they stay open for a many many years to come!

Francisco used humor to ensure we understand the open hours avaliable to us and I liked that versus feeling like I'm being spoken down to, that too was a refreshing change from service I've received from other companies especially since I look younger than I am, a lot of people talk to me like I'm a child. It's a guy by the name of Miles who helped my children and I my son told my daughter to throw the keys to the storage to him and the keys went up in the air and fell and someone storage. Make a long store short Miles called the person whom the storage belong the person stated that it would be an hour. So Miles took his lunch break and help us.

It's nice I've been a tenant since April 2020. The 1 thing I'm not a fan about, I get paid biweekly so I either have to pay 2 weeks early or 2 weeks late. The computer does all the billing so no matter what day your in your due on the 1st lol other then that maybe ask other tenants to pick up after themselves but hey..... lol

Taylor was an absolutely incredible help to me today! She called when there was a leak near our unit and helped us find another unit to move into right away. All of this and with a smile!

Convenient Storage facility & laid out well. Other than Taylor, Customer service is not one of their strong points.

I was helped by Miles on the way in and by Mary on the way out. These two gave me excellent customer service. They were informative, courteous and professional. As a store manager, if this was my team I would be very proud. As far as the actual storage unit itself, it was very clean and well lit. The security was great. There are dollys available to use to help our with the move. (Bring your own on the weekends, weekends are VERY busy) The parking to be able to get your stuff in and out was very easy. The elevators always worked. Ventilation was good. It was a great price for the storage I need. Storage is not something people do all the time or for a long time but my experience over all was amazing. I really appreciate being treated well.

The best experience I've ever had with a storage company by far. Ro helped set up my account and gave me a tour of the facility, she and the rest of the staff are incredible! She and everyone else there made moving that much easier, I will definitely be recommending Simply Self Storage to all of my friends and family.

Secured a unit today at Simply Self Storage. The property is very clean. They have a great security protocol that makes you feel very confident your items are safe. Went looking into renting a storage unit and have had horrible service in the past, but Lisa was very professional and helpful at simply self storage. I would highly recommend getting storage here to my friends and family because how clean and professional the office was.
