Just came in again today to rent a space and Gilbert and his assistant manager were very helpful as always. They helped me find the perfect space for me to rent. I absolutely love this location. I usually don't write reviews but the people here were so nice, helpful, informative and friendly that I actually couldn't help myself lol. Gilbert and Edith were amazing, after searching multiple storage places and even finding some that were cheaper I decided to go with simply storage because of them. After a few days I realized I needed a bigger storage unit and they made the transfer process easy as pie. They go above and beyond for their customers. I can't speak highly enough of the people that work there and that just comes to show how important customer service really is to a business. The units themselves are nice as well. I highly recommend this place!

What a fantastic experience I had here today. Gilbert assisted with my check in and he was so helpful. I made my reservations online. The website showed a promotion of first month free. When I went to check in Gilbert said that there were no promotions. I pulled up the website which clearly showed the offer. Gilbert called corporate and made sure that I received what was promised online. He went above and beyond. He personally made sure that my storage unit and the space for my boat was what I needed and what would make me happy. Thank you Gilbert and thank you simply storage.

Came in not really knowing what I needed! Burgundy & Kevin were attentive & helpful. I was unsure about renting out the unit right away just because I didn't need it for another 3 weeks, but they were able to work with me & give me a prorated amount for the month! Burgundy even walked the boxes I had purchased all the way to my car! (it seemed as though I parked in neverland).

I've been renting a 10 x10 unit at the Altamonte Spring FL Simply Self-storage for about 18 months. Gilberto and the staff are friendly and professional. I am always greeted with a smile (under their covid masks). Once I asked Gilberto to cut of a Brinks lock that a key was stuck in. Instead he fixed it, like new! Great service! I feel safe and secure while on the property. It is always clean and without critters. Not even any droppings. I am on the ground floor of a climate controlled unit. The buildings are clean, dry and comfortable inside. It would be nice if there were motion-activated lighting within each unit, but I understand why they do not. The light in the hallway is sufficient and I bring a lantern into my unit, if I need to snoop around inside my boxes. I can generally find a sturdy flatbed cart nearby, even when it is not put back in it's place. Very convenient for that large carload. I recommend Altamonte Simply Storage for your storage needs. Elizabeth and Gilbert checked my account to make sure I had insurance and gave me the info I needed to make a claim, they found a new and better unit and gave me a little extra time to get everything moved over. Elizabeth and Gilbert were quick, professional, friendly, showed concern and did everything in their power to fix the situation. These two are exceptional!

The other day I was looking for a storage unit and was really worried and unsure of what I wanted. The manager at the site was very informative and helped me very much even followed up with me. He not only helped me pick my unit but he got soaked with me in the rain to show me my unit. He was very friendly and had such an amazing attitude.

You can find storage units all over Orlando. What you can't find is great customer service everywhere you go. This is why I am writing this review. On the first day, I was helped by David who provided excellent service and assistance with the process. I had to get a second unit and I was assisted by Kay who was also very pleasant and helpful; I have no complaints.

Safe,well located and climate control. The Managment is very sincere and helpful. Both employees are well trained to serve you with a smile, tour you to different storage areas and sizes. The receive you with a smile and you absolutely feel appreciated and that what you store is going to be safe. They have 24/7 security guards and cameras. Come and see it for yourself.

Great customer service i.e. David is awesome. Great price for a temperature controlled unit. Elevators to help move items to the second floor. The move out process was a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Really impressed with how this storage site is managed. When I was checking them out David gave me a tour and set me up with a reservation in short order. On move in day he helped me direct the movers to the right location and got all the paperwork completed quickly so I could get on with my day.

Spoke with "kay" Kandra on the phone regarding prices on storages.. I was calling around to check prices on all storage locations. To see who had better prices. I didnt go with simply self storage.
