The property manager Ruben is a professional, friendly but most of all he looks out for your better interest as far as renting out a storage unit. He made sure all our needs were taken care of. I will definitely recommend Simply Self Storage to my friends and family members. If you need a indoor storage unit, you should check it out it's in the corner of Rosecrans and Best Ave.

I am a customer of this location and all I can say is the customer service is top notch. I've hardly ever dealt with a company where across the board the staff are just supremely polite, kind, and professional. I had a situation where I needed grace. It was shown to me. Shots out to Bob, the regional manager I believe and Ruben the onsite manager who really came through and showed love. I appreciate it, and I want everyone to know if you get a storage space here just for the positive energy, you won't regret it.

Quality and Property standards have gone way down compared to what it was when we first got our storage units, and to make matters worse, trying to get any assistance either from the front office or calling their customer service number is impossible since 6/10 times the office on the property is closed during normal business hours listed on the glass, and calling customer service only ever connects you with an automated system no matter which option you choose. For as much money as we have spent here on both of our units, I'd expect a little better. If things keep going the way they are going, I'll be looking into another storage company.

Absolutely love the convenience of having a reliable, safe storage unit for all my stuff! The staff are super nice and helpful.
The facility is clean and well lit so I feel safe enough to go myself, as well you need passcodes for all doors (entrance and exits) so I know for sure my stuff is secure! Thank you for being my go to! Highly recommend for anyone looking into climate controlled units.

Yo, Ruben is the man. I've been with them for over a year in a half now. Never any issues. I told Ruben I was growing out of my smaller unit and he kept an eye out for me. I looked around my home town for over 2 months and couldn't find anything as nice, clean and affordable as Simply storage. I was willing to pay more to get my unit closer to me but I stayed because of the customer service.
I've been in a few storage facilities over my life time but simply storage, Ruben and Chris are the perfect remedy for housing my business equipment and for the complexity of my life. Such life savers HUGE blessing.

Surprised at how clean and secure the storage facility was. Bob attended to us and showed us around , answering all queries we had very patiently. They charge a $9 mandatory insurance but the rental fees is a steal, got a 10*10 for $144 per month- Uhaul had quoted us 200+ for the same. Also, they're very secure, need a code to both enter and exit the premises, would definitely recommend. The move in process was completely hassle free.

Well I've been w/ Simply Self Storage now going on a year. The manager there Ruben is a stand up guy who'll go above and beyond to make sure that ur comfortable, secure with the area u store ur most prizes possessions, and that the environment around u is clean w/ no riff raff. No funny business. The only thing u do have to worry about is 'the only female staff member there, Savanah'. Or I think that's her name. If u thought Adolf Hitler was bad holy cow avoid her at all costs. Though she's easy on the eyes, she seems to go outta her way to be the biggest thorn in my side. For no reason at all. She gets u kicked out for sneezing in the wrong direction, i.e. staying at ur unit too long ( but still within business hours, etc. ) Also ur not allowed to throw any trash away in "their" dumpsters. Even tho we pay for it. Wierd stuff, cuz every other place I've rented from never has a problem with it. Don't leave ur car there overnight either. I got charged a $145 fee cuz my bike broke down there. And instead of having any type of sympathy or understanding that I didn't have the means to tow it that day ol Hitler got me on multiple fraudulent overnight fees. The general manager Bob, he's ok. Except when Hitler tells him stuff she don't like about u. That goes for lies to. She will lie on u. If she doesn't like the way u look. Especially if ur black or white. That's it

Needed a sizeable storage to move a bunch of stuff. This place is one of the cleanest storage facilities I have ever been at. From the moment you walk into the office, they take care of you right away and will show you all the units they got according to your requests. Savannah is very professional and knowledgeable in answering any and all questions you may have. I especially like the access times of 6am to 10pm...7 days a week...AWESOME! The restrooms are spacious and clean. Overall...especially with the Covid-19 pandemic going on...this place is totally like 10+ STARS...Clean. Great Value Pricing...and plenty of dollies for customer use. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was in the process of selling my condo and needed a storage unit around where I work and currently live. The first person I spoke to was Chris. He helped me through the entire process and totally went over and beyond what I asked him to do and the one who guided me through what I thought was going to be a more complicated process. He gave me a tour of my initial unit, then there was a possibility I needed another storage unit and he helped me reserve another unit in the process. I've used a few storage places throughout the last decade or so, and thought the only job of the front desk employees was to hand over keys and show you the unit. Very hands off...... Chris was the opposite. He called me giving me updates. Asked if there was anything else I needed. Kept me engaged and in the loop. If you do decide to rent a storage unit from simply self storage, I would look to Chris. Great employee, great customer service, definitely recommend!

This is a new, clean facility with great climate control. The gentleman working there at the time, Ruben, was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to walk with me through the facility and was kind towards my moving crew. Great place, great prices!

Chris help me from the beginning to the end and he is very professional and helpful to say the least. he made the whole move-in process quick and easy. I feel like my stuff is safe there he pays close attention to everything to everything that's going on around. They have plenty of carts for use and the climate control is very cool. They have a nice clean restroom that remains unlocked for customer use. I have had mini storages and none were like this. I would highly recommend this to anybody who is looking for a unit.
the only thing is make note that they will charge you about $16 for a lock to go on your storage which is a round circle lock up that slips into the hole about the size of a quarter. You will also have to add about a $13 fee to your monthly payment for insurance.

I really enjoy Simply Storage. They are like a fortress. There is a code for everything from the moment you enter the gate to the moment you try to access the elevator you always have to put in a code. Some may find it tedious but at the end of the day it's safety that matters the most and that's what they provide. The place is spotless! Very nice facility. It is newer and bigger than all the rest in the area
I called around and chose Simply Storage because they had some good deals and how nice they were to me on the phone. But, the most stellar aspect about this storage is the on-site manager, Chris. He provided the kind of service that is hard to find. He keeps the place in tip top shape, with a delightful, down-to-earth personality that made me feel welcome and important. Chris is a super likeable guy!. I would recommend Simply Storage, because it's a great facility but especially because of Chris!

I was in earlier last week with one of my techs looking for a sizable unit as we were relocating an office with several rather large printers and desks to put into the storage unit. Chris the manager on duty there was very helpful and informative on the size of the units and also advised us of several that were climate controlled. We took his advice into consideration and within 10 mins of walking and presenting the facility to us we got our unit and started moving the same day. I along with my tech were very pleased with the amount of help we had in the short amount of time it took us to rent the unit. I will be recommending my fellow coworkers of this location and hopefully get there business. Thank you simply storage for your help.

If there were six stars I would have chosen that. We have had many storage facilities over our 41+ years of marriage. Samantha in the SFS location helped us finalize selection of a space we had reserved online. I felt like I was being shown Aladdin's cave. What a clean, beautiful facility! Can we move in and live in it? All kidding aside, Our experience was very positive and Samantha was a master guide. Her wisdom and experience and even her pride in her facility were very evident. I LOVE what you have designed and produced. It is a facility that is clearly well ahead of any others I have seen or experienced. The loading/unloading areas undercover are genius - protected from rain and horrendous light and heat in the summer. We are moving out of the area (about 100 miles) and this will help us tremendously. As we pack our boxes we will have a place to store them safely out of the rain, and the mover will have a much easier loading experience too. I am highly recommending this place!

I don't usually leave reviews but my moms been bugging me about it. I went with her a while ago to rent a space and the place was really clean. When I appreciated most was the manager helping my mom. My mom doesn't speak english very well and she wont speak it if my brothers or me are with her. The manager had her comfortable and speaking english to her. My mom is self concise about her accent but the manager made her not feel embarrassed and she even understood what my mom was trying to say. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

As a first time storage user I was unsure of what to expect but Samantha made it such a breeze of an experience! Not only did she give me pointers on selecting the right storage unit for me, she also made the paperwork easy.
The facility is brand new, very clean, well maintained, and easy to get to and from my unit making storing an easy task.
The extra fees that aren't listed on line (administrative, lock & insurance fee) are very reasonable. Don't be intimidated.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking into renting out a storage space.

We went to this storage because of a quote we seen on the internet. What they don't tell you, is that there is a MANDATORY insurance policy of $9.00-$15.00 for each unit...AND a one time, ADMINISTRATIVE FEE of $24.00 that is also not mentioned....There is ALSO a $18 charge for a lock ( It's yours to keep, but it's proprietary, so it's useless) ....... If you can get past all of these fees, you will find yourself greeted by a nice smile (Samantha was our host) to show you around a beautiful and new facility. She offered us bottled water(free) on a hot day, and walked around with us, to answer any questions. She also showed us several units until we decided on the one we wanted. The units are temperature control, and there are new carts to transport your items from the door to your unit. They have bathrooms available on each floor. They have boxes, tape, and other moving supplies in the lobby for sale. Unfortunately, access hours are limited. There is NO ACCESS from 10:00pm-6:00am. So, if you are looking for great service, and a clean, new facility, you're in luck..... Just be prepared to pay the undisclosed fees, when you get there.

They have boxes, tape, and other moving supplies in the lobby for sale. Unfortunately, access hours are limited. There is NO ACCESS from 10:00pm-6:00am. So, if you are looking for great service, and a clean, new facility, you're in luck..... Just be prepared to pay the undisclosed fees, when you get there.

We are totally impressed with Kenji's service, courtesy, and knowledge of the facility. We will refer friends to Simply Self Storage! We rented 2 10x30 units and reserved one more since we have a very large shipment to store. The location is new and state of the art in storage facilities. Samantha, the location manager, helped us from our first inquiry through renting our units. Thank you!

Our Santa Fe Springs storage facility is located Northeast of I-5, just past Carmenita Road. If you get to the Coyote Creek Bikeway, you've gone too far.
From the North
Take Carmenita Road south. Keep going past Imperial Highway, the big industrial area, and under the train tracks until you get to Rosecrans Ave. Turn left onto Rosecrans Ave, right across from the Arco gas station and the Burger King. Our location is on the left.
From the South
Take Carmenita Road north. Go past Alondra Blvd and then you'll cross Interstate 5 (Santa Ana Freeway). You'll pass a Crossfit gym and some industrial area, with some residential on your left. When you start getting close to the Burger King get in the right lane, because you're going to want to take a right onto Rosecrans Avenue east. Right after you turn, look for Simply Self Storage Santa Fe Springs on your left.
From the East
Rosecrans Ave. That's all you need to know. Rosecrans Avenue goes all the way from Euclid Street all the way to our location, which will be on the right. You can't miss it.
From the West
Same story. Luckily Rosecrans Ave intersects with one of LA's biggest highways, Interstate 605. Going east on Rosecrans, you'll pass the In-N-Out Burger, then Interstate 5, until you eventually arrive at the Shoemaker Ave Rosecrans Ave intersection. Go straight through. Simply Self Storage Santa Fe Springs is on the left.
From the North
