Simply Self Storage Opens New Development
 
San Antonio, Texas – Friday, September 05, 2008
ORLANDO, Fla. – OB Companies/Simply Self Storage announced today the recent opening of its second self storage facility in San Antonio, Texas, located adjacent to the Ingram Park Mall. This is the fourth joint venture development project between Simply Self Storage and the Simon Property Group.

Simply Self Storage and the Simon Property Group opened their first joint venture site in Pensacola, Florida and their second one in Castleton, Indiana. Both locations were opened in 2007.

Simply Self Storage Ingram Park is a three-story building with 644 spaces and many of the standard Simply Self Storage amenities including heated and cooled spaces, motion sensor lighting, elevators, gated property, and video monitoring. It will also offer a unique self service kiosk that will be conveniently located in the Ingram Park Mall. Customers will be able to reserve space, buy a lock, and make a lease payment through the kiosk.
